You can have several options if you want to contact the DTMS. The options are:
Contact Help Desk Email
Contact and consult your problems by emailing the DTMS Army help desk. You just need to send an email to [email protected]. If not, reach out to the DTMS office at Leavenworth, Kansas.
DSN: (312) 552-2700
DSN is Defense Switched Network. This military telephone system allows users to call between posts or other military branches. It’s effective and free for long-distance calls.
There are three simple steps in using a DSN call number. They are:
- Verify the DSN number dial tone
- Dial the DSN access code 312 after you listen to the dialing code
- Dial the seven-digit DSN number, 552-2700
Another option you can try is calling the DTMS toll-free number above. If this option is not working, you still try the next option
